I belong to up. can I get good college in Delhi on 529 in SC category? if yes then which?

Through AIQ it's tough to secure a GMC in Delhi with 529 marks, the reason being in 2019 the least marks required to secure a seat through AIQ was 561 for Dr BSA Medical College Delhi, although through state quota you hold good chance of getting top medical colleges like Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences, Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi Memorial College, Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial College to name a few, this is purely based on previous year cut-offs which are subjective to change based on various factors such as like top NEET score,seat matrix, difficulty level of paper, number of candidates appearing etc.
