Sorry but this score can not considered as safe score for any government college of UPTU. However, You can expect good rank on this marks but it is difficult to get admission in Government Engineering College. You will have option for good Private engineering college on Fee Waiver Seat. You don't have to pay tuition fees if you get Fee Waiver FW Seat through counselling.
