i did my mbbs in AP nellore, but i live in hyderabad and my edication till 12th was in hyderabad. am i domicile of AP or Telangana for neet pg?

Hello Aspirant,
Different states have different domicile rules for NEET PG. The domicile rules for Telangana are as follows:-
The aspirant must have passed NEET PG 2022
The aspirant must possess citizenship of India (comprising PIO/OCI )
He/she must possess an MBBS degree from a college placed in Telangana/Andhra Pradesh, Or
He/she must possess a domicile of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh.
So, since you're from Andhra Pradesh you are eligible for a 50% state quota in Telangana and AP both.
