I did my second year BSC in 2019 but got back in one subject and in 2020 I prepared for neet exam. my marks is 345 and gave that back paper but now I left my bsc college and I have transfer certificate of that college will it be problem in neet counselling if I go for neet 2021

If you are appearing for NEET 2021, you just have to provide gap certificate, if any and there won't be any problem

You can still apply for the NEET 2021 examination but you need to provide all the required documents for the exam. If you are having any gaps between the academic year, then you need to provide a gap certificate done by documentation of the details of the gap year on a stamp paper signed by a lawyer.

you just need the gap certificate ( mentioning what all have you done in the years after passing 12th) and the transfer certificate to take admission in any college through neet and if you have the marksheet of 1st year you can even attach it in the gap certificate and dont forget to collect character certificate from the institute also
