Hello,
Admissions in UIET are done on the basis of rank in JEE (Main) through JAC Chandigarh counselling. One needs to take the JEE (Main)exam and secure at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwD/BC) in Class XII.
So, if you haven't applied for JEE, then there's no other way to get into it. Better luck for next time.
