I get 67,821 rank in jee mains.I am from OBC can I get CSE in IIIT

No , sorry to say but as per IIIT, there are no chance to get admission in any IIT . Because as per previous years cutoff last closing rank is 13000.
You got 60000 up rank so it is difficult to get addmission in IIIT
