i get 82 persent in 12th and 80 persent in p.c.m. from rbsc and i get 93 persentile in jee main so can i get addmision in mbm jodhpur from coumpter science or civil engineering

There is no fixed criteria on Jee Mains rank for the admission. However, as the number of applications are quite high for MBM so one needs a decent mains score for the admission.
As per your JEE score there are chances for civil engineering but a very low probability for Computer Science.
