I get civil branch in iet lucknow but i preferred mechanical as my first option so what is the proper procedure of upgradation of branch

if u choose to float then if seats will be vacant in your preferd branch then u will get upgradation participate till 3 round coz as bunch of other institutions counslings are also going on so many will leave so ur chance of getting ur preferd branch will get higher.

u may take float so that u can get your preferred branch in iet
