You should not worry at this point as this happens to lot.There are many private colleges which take admission on the basis of jee mains marks.If you are eligible for Jee advanced then you should prepare hard for it now.Also you should check the previous years cutoff for your home state quota.If you believe that you could have done better then you should repeat and give it a try next year.
