I got 95.77 % percentile in JEE main 2019 in paper 1. And my rank is 47,000 so in josaa counseling will I get any nit or iiit, gfti colleges

It is good that you have scored above 95 percentile. If you come under general category then you can expect lower grade NITs. And if you fall under any reservation category then you can grab a seat in good NITs. And in JOSAA counselling another factor which comes into play, is home state quota and other state quota.
If you are home state student then your chance of getting selected is high.

For the rank you mentioned, you may get some branches in lower NITs and newly setup IIITs. Some of coarses you may get are - biotechnology, metallurgical, production, food processing etc.. so of IIITs include bhagalpur etcc..
