I got 11,868 rank in ts eamcet and in ipe i got 988/1000 and iam a student with ews(oc 10% reservation) Can i get top 10 college?

If 11,800 is your general category rank, then you can get the best colleges for sure. But, if it is your EWS category ranking, then it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the top colleges with ts eamcet score.  However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection
