For your TS EAMCET Rank there are very less chances of getting Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) Agriculture seat or Pharmacy seat based on previous year's cut-offs as you belong to OBC Category and non-local.
The cutoffs varies from year to year and may depend on many factors like number of students appeared in the exam, number of seats available, category, difficulty level of the exam, etc. But you can still give a try by applying for counselling. You can even try for Management quota seats.
