If you are citizen of delhi then chances of getting a good college is high like tecnia institute of advanced studies, bhagwan parshuram institute of technology and management , iitm janakpuri. Also you can apply in spot round afterwards for upgradation if unsatisfied or vacant seats left in certain colleges.
