I got 132 marks in mhtcet from sc category so can l get cs branch of coep?

Chances are extremely less even under SC category as ranks below 2000 have 100% chances.
In yiur case expected ranks in 5000 to 6000.

Is there scope if I chose electrical branch because now a days cs is top branch?
Its all about your interest, I will suggest you to know about courses in electrical branch and if you find it interesting you should choose that.
And if you do engineering from any branch with good academics and understanding your branch and able to apply that you will get scope.
