Cutoff for this year for getting any private or deemed Colleges you have to score around 450 under AIQ & 430 under state qouta for Open Category.
You have even less chances to get any seat if you belong to any category under your state.
This Year The No. IF student which have Score above 480 marks are more then of last year. So getting seat is More difficult this year.
There are only 60k seats in India. In which 15% seats are under AIQ Qouta.
FOR getting seat in AIQ is Very Difficult if you are from state which have low no. Of College
You can Try for Paid management Seat in top Deemed Universities.

Hello dear
Your score is pretty low in order to get admission in any government medical college, for both the courses. You might get admission to para medical courses in a government college, though the cut offs change every year. Anyway, you can opt a private institution, but the fees will be high. Also, if you want, you may refer to the college predictor link as well.
I hope this helps. All the best!!
Hello dear student,
You might have cleared NEET but these are not sufficient marks for you to fetch government medical MBBS either BDS college. As you told you belong from OBC category. So you have to have Atleast 520+ marks for MBBS government medical college while for BDS you need to have 500+ marks to be on safer side. These are not sufficient marks. I hope this was helpful.
Best wishes
