The reason I say this is because different colleges have different cutoffs for different categories.
Open Category candidates are faced with a higher cutoff to clear as compared to the reserved category candidates like BC-A, BC-B, SC, ST, etc.

Your rank is given, considering both your marks in eamcet and ipe (only mpc subjects). So 15000 is your final rank. Definitely you will get seat in any of the engineering college in Telangana with OC category. But I advice you to opt for best college irrespective of branch, because best colleges will have good faculty, study environment and campus placements.
