Dear Dhruv, there are approximately 1,122 Medical Seats available in Bihar State Counselling. SC has 16% reservation which means approximately 179 seats are available for SC Candidates. With a SC rank of 164, a seat in a Government Medical College is not possible but you might get a seat in a Private Medical College.

You will surely get a govt. mbbs seat this year itself as your category rank is really good and huge amount of reservations are also there for sc category.
