i got 19083 rank in bba, can i get admission in ipu and i am from delhi obc ncl?

The rank you have scored is considered as average and you might have to wait for 2nd or 3rd rounds of online counselling by IPUto get a good college. You may get evening shift of a college but it is advisable to freeze it and wait for further rounds of counselling to get morning shift or simply a good college.
