I got 22150 rank in bba can i also get admission in ipu or not I'm so confused because private colleges says that you can't got admission

Yes sir you will be unable to get seat in colleges affiliated by IP University for BBA in any round of counselling according to last year cutoffs(assuming that you are from General category of Delhi region as you have not specified here).
You do stand chances of getting in private colleges by seeking admission under management quota but I don't have much information on that.
