With this rank I fear you can get admission in any of the branch of NIT Patna. 22985 OBC rank is pretty much low rank for NITs. I personally had 12571 OBC rank in 2017 Jee Main and could not get Cvil branch in most of the NITs, which often requires a low score compared to other branches. If you have no constraint on the branches you want, you can apply for all branches in NIT Patna and wait for the admission procedure to post the results.
