i got 26400 rank in jee mains in which iiit i will get cse if im an obc student?

Don't lose your hope, you have secured a decent rank. You will go for state counselling it will be good for you.
According to your rank it will be difficult for you to get a chance in IIITs with CSE branch. As CSE is a high demanding branch in engineering you need to score a very good rank for getting this branch.
