I got 269/300 marks in puc and 65 marks in kcet i also have rural quota, can i get rank below 7500 ??

Based on the previous year analysis your eank based on your Board marks and KCET marks will lie in between 6000 to 10000. And most probably your rank will be around 7900. So, accordingly these ate the best colleges you can get-
