Sorry to say this but your rank is not good enough to get a seat in good college.With that rank it will be very hard for any student to get a seat in good college in ipu.

I also gave UPSEE exam and my rank is 19199 . I belong to General category. The counselling of two rounds is completed in UPSEE but I got no seat as I filled only govt. colleges bcos of ipu counselling . I am hanging in middle of ipu and UPSEE counselling . Should I do UPSEE counselling seriously from 3rd round and don't think of any chance in ipu ?????
