No you can't get admission in IISC Bangalore through JEE mains score. IISC Bangalore takes their admission through JEE advance score and if you want to get admission, then you have to score well in jee advance because IISC Bangalore is one of the top college of India for engineering.
If you belong to ST category then you have to score atleast CRL 50000 for any branch in IISC Bangalore.
