now,looking at your score ,unfortunately getting a government mbbs seat is immposible through state and all india quota
a score of 400+ for your category lands you in a decent mbbs college
last year the lowest score they took was 353 ( Guru Gobind Singh Medical College and Hospital, Faridkot) ,so it really depends on your luck
you can apply for private colleges under management quota,or opt for dental BHMS.BAMS etc
