As you have not mentioned your category so considering it as a General category.
According to the rank you have mentioned in the question you can get CSE in any of the NITs but yes you can try for some new IIITs like IIIT Una but yes you can get other branches in top NITs like NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Uttarakhand, NIT Jaipur as per previous year's cut-offs which you can check from the link given below :-
