I got 3730 rank in ap eamcet 2018 and I get SVUC for Cse in first counselling if I tried. Why don't I get SVUC for Cse in third counselling

u r rank is too big so it is difficult to get cse in svuc why u cannot try in any jntu clg it is easy to get by the way when the 3rd consellimg starts
