Last year the cut off for NT2 category for medical colleges under State Quota Maharashtra was a rank of 73614. But from this year there will not be NT1,NT2,NT3 category. All will be considered under OBC/OBC-NCL category, based on annual income.  Based on this, you have tough chances of getting a medical college.
