I got 440marks in neet ug and I belongs to obc category. May I get any mbbs government college in state qota karnataka

Yes as per last yera cut off, your chances are high to get a government medical college in Karnataka in state quota, with a score of 440.
As per last year, 407 was the cut off for Bangalore medical college, 378 for Mysore medical college and so on.

In 2018, the cut-offs for OBC candidates under 85% state quota was between 338 and 407 for govt. Medical Colleges. If the same trend continues then you have a fair chance to get a seat in a governmnent medical college this year.
