Dear Azar, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018 under State Quota the cut offs for various Categories under SVU area are as follows:
General Category: 517
BC: 473
SC: 403
ST: 395
With 464 marks, it is tough unless you belong to SC/ST categories. Having said that cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of candidates appearing for the exam, no.of seats available, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. You can check the cut offs of various colleges under your Category at:
