Dear Aspirant,
The minimum age in the year when the exam will be conducted is 17 years. And the students between age 17 to 25 years can be eligible to secure seat.
Hence please talk to the college authority if they can do anything regarding this or reach the helplines. As you have merit rank there might be exception .
