I got 52% in 12th and 76% mnt cet so I can attend the councling ? am i elegible for that? I'm PCB student.

As per the eligibility criteria issued by State Common Entrance Cell, Maharashtra for MHT CET 2020, the candidate will be allowed to sit in the counselling if he/she qualifies then MHT CET examination and the eligibility criteria.
Eligibility criteria says that the candidate should have passed the HSC/equivalent exam with Physics and Biology as compulsory subjects with any one of the subjects – Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Mathematics/ Technical/ Vocational subjects securing a minimum of 50 % marks (for General Category).
So you qualifies the eligibility criteria as well as MHT CET 2020 as per the data mentioned by you in the question, hence you are eligible for MHT CET 2020 counselling.
