I got 52k (obc-ncl)and 182k in gen in jee mains can I get cs or it in any nit,iiit . Also suggest any other qov or private colleges

Generally the CSE in good NITs closes before 4000 in OBC list. And it closes around 7000 in new IIITs. Having 52k Obc rank you have zero chances of getting any NITs and IIITs with any of branches. So you may look for some private colleges.
