I got 55 in MHTCET can I get admission in Sipna College of engineering Amaravati in OBC category ?

You haven't clarified whether it (55) is rank or score. If it is rank then you are virtually eligible to apply to almost any instituite. However, if it is score then your rank would be much lower and also your chances.
