I got 65 percentile in jee mains , can I get admission in private college of ipu?

I regret to inform you that with such a low score its difficult for you to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like ipu .
As ipu is one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so it has high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.
Either you take admission into any other college under jee or prepare again for jee 2020 so that you can score better to get admission into any prestigious college.
