Actually the percentile system is introduced in this year only. So nobody can exactly say about the admission chances.
You should provide you jee CRL rank or REAP rank to get clear advice regarding admissions.
You can get admission in CTAE if your reap rank is below 2k for admission in first round.
And for upward movement any rank below 3.5k will be helpful.
