I got 7500 rank in st quota can I get govt NIT?

Good day,

A score of 7500 in JEE Mains (ST quota) is excellent. However, getting into top NITs is difficult. Instead, you get into new NITs with a good branch. As a result, it is entirely up to you to decide where you wish to study. As a result, it depends on your rank, or you can strive to improve in January's effort.

Last year, one of my friends received a 1400 (sc rank) in NIT Rourkela, with a 94.4 percentile (roughly).
