Hello,
The rank you have mentioned to high to come in range of IIIT campus cutoff for any branch until and unless you have any reservation category. if your rank is below 7k then there is high possibility to get IIIT campus.
with your rank, you can take admission in non technical branch in NIT campus. you have to try for low ranked NIT campus. for top NIT campus, rank cutoff will be below 5k.
