I got 8301 rank in ts eamcet ...I am from A.P.someone said you do not get free fee seat since u do not have bonafide certificate

It is a convincing rank you have scored,getting into a goverment college with this rank will be a bit difficult , also as the division of the state has led into reduction of the number of government engineering college in a small scale ,the chances are even more detoriating.
I would suggest you go for a private affiliated college.Anyways the choices are yours.

There is no FREE seat , they may have meant a government seat .You dont need a bonafide certificate for counselling and hence you can get into colleges without any problem .There is no FREE seat and anyone wont get any free seats on your state or any other state ,especially for you rank which is far below to avail any FREE seat if available too.
