i got 89 out of 180 in COMEDK. can i get CSE in RVCE or RAMAIH collage in roung 2 rxtended councelling..???

Hello Amit, no, sadly you won't be able to get admission in RVCE or RAMAIAH even after round 2 extended counseling. The Cutoff rank for RV and Ramaiah CSE branch was 1084 and 482 in 2017. You scored 89 marks and your rank would be somewhere around 10000-12000. I don't think you can make it.
