I got 89.16 percentile in MH CET and got selected in ITM Kharghar PGDM HR.Should I take admission in ITM or wait for CAP round to start?

You should go for it, MMS rounds may have higher cutoffs so go ahead and secure your seat, shall you have chances with MMS you can grab it later.

My advice is to wait for cap round as u have very nice score in mhcet plus you are also from reserved category so their are chances of yours to get admission in top 10...
