In certain courses LPUNEST is mandatory, like if your are seeking admission in B.Tech, MBA  courses then LPUNEST is madatory, without LPUNEST you are not eligible for admission, However in certain courses like BA, BBA etc LPUNEST is not mandatory, you can get admission based on your previous qualification.

The eligibility criteria for B.Tech is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics, and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST. LPUNEST will be exempted in case student has scored more than or equal to 90 percentile in JEE Mains or 90% aggregate marks in 10+2.

Lovely Professional University provides wide variety of courses staring from language course to the Professional one, diploma to degree as well. Eligibility depends upon the course to course. In addition to this, LPU floats LPUNEST which serves two purposes i.e eligibility and scholarship. Yes you can take admission in Lovely professional University without giving the Lovely professional University National Entrance & Scholarship Test (LPUNEST).

You have to keep in mind that this test is for the scholarships provided in the colleges while admission while you can take admission without any scholarships too and you can get scholarships after 1st semester examination if you stand at the top position in your branch.

All you need to do is to take your original certificates to admission department and fill out the form if the seats are available you will certainly get admission.
