Yes, you can join LPU without giving LPUNEST but except few courses.  Due to the prevailing situation i.e. COVID-19, the admissions 2020 is being done online and the eligibility conditions are a bit relaxed.

Moreover, you can avail scholarship as well. The last date of admission to avail maximum scholarship is 31st May 2020.

It depends on the course you wish to take admission in. As eligibility criteria for all the courses is different. For some courses, LPUNEST is required to be qualified for Eligibility purpose. For some it is just for scholarship purpose.
