I got 97 percent in top-4 if I include Hindi as language sub ....whereas if I include English as lang it becomes 93.12 percent ...

No there will be no deduction, you can expect to get admission by the second or third cutoff if you wish to enroll in any honours course and belong to general category.
If you belong to reserved category you can grab a seat in the first cutoff itself.
