i got 93.54 percentile in jee mains paper 2 in January attempt! and I'm from ST category. is there any chances to get in JMI or Chandigarh college of architecture?

With 93 percentile in JEE mains paper 2, your rank would be more than 10,000. With this rank, you won't be able to get a seat in Jamia Milia Islamia and Chandigarh College of Architecture. Your rank is way beyond their cutoff ranks.
You can try to improve your score in the second session of JEE mains paper 2. You have plenty of time to prepare for it.
You can also try to go for some top private architecture colleges in India.
