Congratulations to you on a great percentile. Coming to your question then yes you have a fair chance of securing IIITs but still, it will be better to wait for the results after the second examinations because the marks and rank which will decide your eligibility for a college will be based on NTA percentile score which will comprise marks of both the examinations.
