I got 981 marks in ipe which was released today ,and I got 80 percentile in jee mains can I get cse in sastra main branch(Thanjavur)

Yes for 981 marks in ipe and 80 percentile in JEE main you can get a seat in CSE sastra University on a regular basis but with changing trends in qualifying marks for the number of students who appeared for syster university and having IP score more than your score I cannot be very sure about your seat.
Still you can make your seat confirmed by attempting the sastra University entrance exam if you are interested.
