I got 99 marks in jee main april. And my percentile may be 94-95. I'm SC and from west bengal. Can i get IIEST SHIBPUR in CSE/IT branch ???

With 99 marks you're percentile will be around 87 nowhere near 94,95.check the cutoff for previous years online. That will help.
