I got a rank of 3481 in general category, in jee paper 2 ,BArch ,can I get a seat at NIT Rourkela in home state quota?

National Institute of Technology, Rourkela had a cut off of 676 opening rank and closing rank was 2005. So I am afraid you won't be able to get admission in the college. You might want to try for national institute of technology, raipur which had an opening rank of 1452 and closing rank was 8689. You can also try for National Institute of Technology, Patna which had an opening rank of 1625 and closing rank was 4151. Check out the link below:
