I got a seat in josaa of my first choice with obc category rank so I'm only getting freeze option but i do not have a valid obc ncl certificate . What should i do ? will my category change to general ? can I participate in round 2 ?

Hello Dear Student,

If you cannot provide a valid OBC-NCL certificate, the document verification officer will reject your reserved status, and your currently allocated OBC seat will be cancelled. Your category will be automatically converted to General (OPEN), and you will be eligible to participate in Round 2 as a General candidate based on your Common Rank List (CRL) rank.
